Oak Union Print – Return & Refund Policy
At Oak Union Print, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our bespoke and personalised products. Each item is custom-made to your specific requirements, which means our return policy differs from standard retail items.
1. Bespoke & Personalised Items
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, items that are made to a customer's specifications or are clearly personalised (such as engraved cutting boards, custom wax seals, bespoke rubber stamps, and personalised stationery) are exempt from the right to cancel or return, unless they are faulty or do not match the approved design.
2. Standard (Non-Personalised) Items
For ready-made, non-personalised products:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
3. Order Cancellations
Once an order for a bespoke item has entered the production stage, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to change your order, please contact us at info@oakunionprint.co.uk within 12 hours of placing the order.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
Quality control is at the heart of our process. However, if your item arrives damaged or contains an error that differs from your approved design proof:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send an email to info@oakunionprint.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the fault
- If the error is on our part, we will provide free return shipping, a replacement, or a full refund
5. Returns Process
If a return is authorised by our team (e.g., for non-personalised stock items or faulty goods), the item must be returned in its original packaging to our local UK facility:

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
