1. Production and Lead Times
As our products (including engraved cutting boards, personalised wax seals, bespoke rubber stamps, and custom stationery) are handcrafted to order, they require a dedicated production period.
Standard Production Time: Please allow 3-5 working days for the creation of your bespoke items.
Total Delivery Time: Your order will typically arrive within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase (UK orders).
2. Delivery Rates
We offer tracked delivery for all orders to ensure your bespoke items reach you safely.
United Kingdom:
- Standard Tracked Delivery: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order
- Free UK Delivery: Complimentary shipping on orders over £75 (automatically applied at checkout)
International Shipping:
- We ship to selected countries worldwide
- International delivery rates are calculated at checkout
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10-21 working days)
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
3. Shipping Process
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been handcrafted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Dispatch Locations: Orders are fulfilled from our production facilities and dispatched using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Customer Support: All customer service and order management is handled through our Birmingham studio.
4. Order Accuracy and Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Oak Union Print is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Quality control is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at info@oakunionprint.co.uk within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
